At Envista, we are committed to operating in a sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible manner. We recognise that our activities – from product development and sourcing to distribution – have environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts. This policy confirms our commitment to managing these impacts responsibly and transparently.

This policy has the full support of the Managing Director. In implementing our commitment, Envista will:

Environmental Commitment:

  • Fully comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Prioritise eco-friendly materials such as recycled, biodegradable, or sustainably sourced options.
  • Offer sustainable product alternatives to clients as standard practice.
  • Minimise packaging waste with recyclable and minimal packaging solutions.
  • Promote digital proofs and reduce unnecessary printing.
  • Reduce energy use in our offices, warehouses, and logistics operations.
  • Support carbon-conscious shipping practices and promote consolidated freight where feasible.
  • Assist clients in understanding and reducing the environmental impact of their merchandise choices.

Social Commitment:

  • Uphold human rights and fair labour practices, with zero tolerance for child or forced labour.
  • Work only with suppliers who meet international labour standards and ethical requirements.
  • Encourage supplier diversity and fair opportunities in procurement.
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all employees.
  • Provide staff with ongoing training, well-being initiatives, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Support charitable causes through partnerships, donations, and volunteering.
  • Recognise and appreciate staff contributions to build a positive organisational culture.

Governance & Ethical Commitment:

  • Comply with all relevant UK and international laws and regulatory obligations.
  • Ensure transparent and accurate financial and ESG reporting.
  • Maintain a zero-tolerance stance on bribery, corruption, and unethical practices.
  • Conduct supplier due diligence and audits to ensure ESG compliance.
  • Operate a Whistleblowing Policy that empowers employees to report concerns safely and confidentially.
  • Uphold GDPR standards and ensure the protection of personal data and client confidentiality.

Implementation & Responsibility:

  • Communicate this policy to all employees, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide relevant training and guidance on ESG practices across the business.
  • Monitor ESG performance and supplier compliance regularly.
  • Review and update this policy annually or in response to significant changes.

Responsibility for implementing this ESG Policy Statement rests with the Managing Director, supported by the Senior Management Team. Department Heads and all employees are expected to integrate ESG principles into their daily work, and all suppliers and partners must adhere to Envista’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
